The Vera Institute of Justice (Vera) and the Center on Victimization and Safety (CVS) are seeking an experienced social science researcher with excellent skills in research design and quantitative and/or qualitative methods. Experience with mixed methods is a plus. Experience working in the victimization field is a requirement (especially domestic and sexual violence). Experience conducting research among people with disabilities and Deaf people preferred is a plus, as is experiencing working with minors.

This position is responsible for directing the Guilford County Family Justice Center (FJC), a new service under the direction of the Department of Social Services. The Program Manager of the Center is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and management of the program; development and implementation of organizational procedures and guidelines; responsible for marketing materials and other program education and promotional programs; responsible for grant writing; and management of the flow of victims and victim advocacy through the services offered by the Family Justice Center. Works with the advisory board and attends advisory board meetings to ensure necessary collaboration between all service providers.
