The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office is holding its annual Holiday Gift Drive Dec. 9 and 10.

The two-day event helps provide essential items to local organizations that serve those in need every day.

“We want to brighten the holidays for our youth who may be living at Eliada Home or the Burrell Crisis Center, so we’ll be donating these items out to a number of organizations this coming Monday,” said Aaron Sarver, with Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office.
