Gorham, Maine P.D. Memo – EMS evaluation policy

This sample memorandum of agreement was written by the Police Department in agreement with the Fire Department in Gorham, Maine. As a result of this agreement, the community no longer charges victims of Domestic Violence when an Officer requests a medic to the scene of a DV Strangulation.
