Process Evaluation for European Commission Daphne Project – Family Justice Centers in Europe

The main goal of this process evaluation is to describe the way Family Justice Centers are implemented in their local contexts, to analyze similarities and variances between pilot projects, and to assist with future implementations of Family Justice Centers. The first part of this study describes individual contexts, challenges, strategies, and solutions, which were developed during the term of the EU project. This part can serve as an inspiration for future implementers to get a holistic picture of the individual approaches and regional differences. The second part compares and analyzes 17 strategic operational and conceptual aspects of FJCs and how they are implemented and mastered differently in the respective cities.
