Created by Kristina Korobov and hosted by the Alliance in January of 2011, this webinar focuses on prosecuting a predominant aggressor case. This webinar serves as a follow-up to 2010 Alliance webinar which focused on predominant aggressor determinations and making decisions about who to arrest on-scene of a domestic assault. This webinar addresses the prosecution of domestic violence cases in which both parties have used force. Listeners are presented with case-building strategies and trial techniques to help judges and juries get to the truth. This webinar also addresses cooperation between police, prosecution, and law enforcement in making decisions about how to handle cases in which both parties have used force.
