Created by Bob Bales, Senior Learning Specialist of Appriss, Inc. and the Alliance in March of 2010, the Victim Information Notification Everyday (VINE) Webinar is designed to create awareness about automated victim notification.  It explains how VINE can serve as a resource not only for victims and survivors of crime, but also for law enforcement, service providers, and communities.
